Sweepstakes Rules
These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Rules") govern participation in the sweepstakes promotions offered through Hot Spin 777 (the "Platform"), operated by RayaAustin LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, obtaining Sweepstakes Coins, participating in any Sweepstakes promotion, or redeeming eligible prizes, you agree to be bound by these Rules, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Rules, you must not participate in any Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open only to individuals who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction;
- Have registered a valid Hot Spin 777 account;
- Comply with these Rules and applicable laws.
- Participation is void where prohibited by law.
The Company reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or residency before approving participation or prize redemption.
3. Gold Coins (GC)
Gold Coins ("GC") are virtual entertainment credits used exclusively within Hot Spin 777.
Gold Coins:
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be redeemed for money;
- Cannot be transferred between users;
- Cannot be sold or exchanged outside the Platform.
- Gold Coins may be obtained through purchases, promotions, daily rewards, or other activities offered by the Platform.
4. Sweepstakes Coins (SC)
Sweepstakes Coins ("SC") are promotional sweepstakes entries that may provide eligible participants with the opportunity to redeem available prizes, subject to these Rules and applicable law.
Sweepstakes Coins:
- Are promotional only;
- Are not legal tender;
- Cannot be purchased directly;
- Cannot be transferred or sold;
- Have no cash value except as permitted through an approved prize redemption process.
The Company may award Sweepstakes Coins through promotional campaigns, complimentary bonuses, purchases of eligible Gold Coin packages where permitted by law, or free methods of entry.
5. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.
Making a purchase will not increase your chances of receiving Sweepstakes entries or redeeming prizes.
Eligible participants may obtain Sweepstakes Coins through the Alternative Method of Entry described below.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Where permitted by applicable law, eligible participants may request Sweepstakes Coins without making a purchase.
Participants must follow the Alternative Method of Entry instructions published by Hot Spin 777.
Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate submissions may be rejected.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding Sweepstakes Coins obtained through AMOE.
7. Promotions
From time to time, Hot Spin 777 may offer promotional events including welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions, referral campaigns, daily rewards, tournaments, and other promotional opportunities.
Each promotion may include additional terms that supplement these Rules.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion where permitted by law.
8. Prize Redemption
Eligible Sweepstakes Coins may be redeemed only in accordance with the redemption procedures established by Hot Spin 777.
Before approving any redemption request, the Company may require identity verification, age verification, proof of residency, or other information reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and to prevent fraud.
The Company reserves the right to deny, suspend, or cancel redemption requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, inaccurate information, or violations of these Rules.
9. Verification
Participants may be required to provide documentation including:
- Government-issued photo identification;
- Proof of address;
- Account verification information;
- Additional documents reasonably requested by the Company.
- Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of Sweepstakes prizes.
10. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a fair environment, participants may not:
- Create multiple accounts;
- Use false identities;
- Use bots or automated software;
- Exploit software errors;
- Transfer Sweepstakes Coins;
- Sell or purchase accounts;
- Interfere with Platform operations;
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
Violation of these Rules may result in account suspension, removal of Gold Coins or Sweepstakes Coins, cancellation of prizes, or permanent account closure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RayaAustin LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any Sweepstakes, including technical failures, interruptions, lost entries, unauthorized account access, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Rules excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with Sweepstakes participation will be processed in accordance with the Hot Spin 777 Privacy Policy.
Information may be used to:
- Administer Sweepstakes;
- Verify eligibility;
- Process prize redemptions;
- Prevent fraud;
- Comply with legal obligations.
13. Modification or Termination
RayaAustin LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Sweepstakes promotion if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, legal requirements, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Any material changes will be published on the Platform.
14. Governing Law
These Official Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes relating to these Rules shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Alaska unless otherwise required by applicable law.
